About Us
The Runaways Animal Rescue was founded in March 2020 at the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic. What started as a small foster-based rescue quickly turned into over 3,500 animals saved through our organization. In 2021, we were fortunate enough to have an angel donor purchase a building for us. We completed most the renovations with the help of our amazing volunteers and donors. We hope to continue to create a facility that our animals thrive in and our community can be proud of.

The Runaways Animal Rescue exists to protect and advocate for all companion animals well-being and needs.

The Runaways Animal rescue is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization that runs solely on grants, donations, and bequests. It receives no government funding or tax dollars.
