Trap Neuter Vaccinate Return
TNVR Is a humane method used to manage community (feral) cat populations. Cats are safely trapped, spayed or neutered, vaccinated, and then returned to the area where they were found. This prevents future litters, reduces nuisance behaviors like fighting and spraying, and helps stabilize and gradually decrease outdoor cat populations over time.

In early 2025 we had the incredible opportunity to open our own vet clinic. This not only improved the care to the animals in our facility, but also gave us the means to collaborate with pasco County animal services and offer a Tnvr program to the local community.
Since opening the clinic and establishing our partnership with pasco, we have TNVR'd over 1000 community cats!
Our TNVR clinic day is every Monday - if you have community cats in your neighborhood and are interested in getting scheduled or have questions, fill out the form below and our TNVR coordinator will reach out with availability.
If you need to rent a trap, we offer humane trap rentals for a refundable $25 that is returned to you when the trap is returned in good condition.
